Mission
what we do now
We design meaningful interactions that shape how people discover, experience, and stay connected with Buzzvil's campaigns and brand.
Our goal is to turn advertising into experiences people choose to explore—moments that capture attention, spark curiosity, and drive real results for advertisers.
Vision
what future we're building
We set the next standard for AdTech design by transforming ads and brand touchpoints into engaging, repeatable experiences that connect users and advertisers.
We envision a future where advertising feels natural, enjoyable, and seamlessly part of everyday life.
Philosophy
how we approach it
At Buzzvil, design shapes how people experience advertising, not as interruptions, but as moments of connection and delight.
We believe every touchpoint, from brand to product, should feel playful, engaging, and effortless.
Our role is to unify how Buzzvil looks, feels, and behaves across the ecosystem, building trust, driving performance, and inspiring what AdTech can become.
| Principle | Alignment question | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Build in the Openiterate fast. | “Are we sharing early enough and iterating fast enough?” | We start rough, share early, and iterate fast. Every designer has access to AI tools that accelerate exploration. Feedback and quick loops help us refine ideas into solid, production-ready solutions. |
| Be Crystal ClearClarity first, feedback always. | “Would a teammate understand this without asking follow-ups?” | We communicate with candor and precision. Feedback is how we grow: giving it clearly, receiving it openly, and applying it constructively. Clear communication builds trust and avoids wasted effort. |
| Own it, Ship ItGrit. | “Did we take it from idea to shipped outcome?” | Designers don't just stop at drafts. We take ownership of user stories and projects, pushing them from first sketches through to production. We lead with persistence and craft until the outcome is real. |
| ExplorersExplore boldly, research deeply. | “Did we validate with research or real feedback before locking in?” | We embrace research, experimentation, and AI adoption as core to our craft. With powerful tools and a culture of inquiry, we have no excuse not to explore widely, validate rigorously, and design with confidence. |
| One-UXAlign first, scale together. | “Does this feel like one Buzzvil experience, or a patchwork?” | We align as a design team before we scale out. That means syncing often, sharing conventions, and applying consistent practices. Our alignment ensures partners, users, and advertisers experience Buzzvil design as one coherent system. |

Design Routines
Biweekly design sync
The team shares what we learned, not just what we shipped: releases, KPIs, surprises, trade-offs. We also leave room for tools, stuck problems, peer review, and process friction. Prepared, concrete sharing builds a shared understanding of how design connects to outcomes.
Biweekly 1 on 1s
Protected time for depth, not reporting. We use it to unblock problems, talk through design decisions, zoom out on scope, discuss collaboration, and reflect on growth. Prepared topics allow us to go deeper, faster, and build the trust needed for autonomous, high-impact decisions.
Monthly lunch study
We eat together and explore something new: a tool, a technology, or a method worth pressure-testing. Sometimes we study a board game—learning and playing together strengthens bonding and collaboration. The point is shared exploration, not output.
Quarterly design week
Our heaviest ritual: time to work on the design function itself. Workshops on principles or patterns, token structure, system-level decisions. We also step outside—conferences, exhibitions, external speakers, internal talks. Design week recharges perspective and raises the ceiling of the team.
Routines give us shared language, standards, and momentum while preserving the autonomy required to move fast inside product teams.
